The Writer's Studio will be kicking off the new year with great classes! Beginning January 22, 2009 (that's a Thursday) the studio will present a 7 week fiction course for all those who wish to go into short fiction writing or novel writing. Then, beginning January 27, 2009 (a Tuesday) the studio will be presenting a 6 week course in "Successful Freelancing" for those writers who want to make a career at freelance writing, or for those who just want to suppliment their income.

These courses will be packed with loads of helpful  information and will be taught by professionals in their respective fields. For more information about tims or registration click on current workshops.

The Writer's Studio will be presenting an 6 week fiction writing class at the Best Western Hotel in Lehi, Utah beginning Nevember 13, 2008.

For those who missed the last class of 'Jumpstarting Your Writing Career' you'll be able to attend the first class free.

Randy and Geri will be appearing on "Talk of the Town with Donna Max"  July 28, 2008 at 9:00am to promote their new course 'JumpStarting Your Writing Career'  class that starts Aug 7, 2008. The show can be heard on KSRR Radio 1400 on your am station.

On the show Randy and Geri will be announcing more details about their own talkshow show that will be premiereing on the same station soon so dont miss it!!!

Writer's Studio founders Randy Jernigan and Geri Taylor will host a new talk radio show about, what else, writing!

The show will be titled 'Inside the Writer's Studio' and will feature interviews with published authors and publishers and discuss everything to do with writing!

The show will be taped at KSRR Radio in Orem, Utah and will be produced by Media Partners LLC.

The Writer's Studio will be publishing an anthology of short fiction by its members. The book will be a publication of Writer's Studio Books, in conjunction with Random House Ventures Inc. and Xlibris Press Inc.

We'll be sure to give you more information as the book nears publication.
